Belgian municipal administration seeks management software (urban water management)

We, the public administration of a municipality in a predominantly rural area, are looking for administrative software (settlement water management). We currently manage almost 1,000 individual sewage systems and are looking for a program that can support us in this administrative work. The individual sewage treatment systems, e.g., constructed wetlands or tanks with environmental pumps, are property- or household-specific.

The central unit is the sewage treatment system. The following data must be managed for this sewage treatment system, and the following requirements must be met:

• Characteristic data of the systems
• Data on those responsible for the systems
• Data on maintenance contracts
• Data on emptying
• Data on operating permits
• Based on this data, which is updated over time, the program should be able to filter out the plants from the database whose
• operating permit is expiring
• maintenance contract is expiring
• emptying has not yet taken place
• The program should also enable us to compile statistics
• Frequency of emptying depending on the treatment system
• Relationships between the individual sewage systems
• Based on the collected data, it should also be possible to create standard letters (reminders, etc.).

Two software workstations are planned. Work will be carried out in an MS Windows system environment.
