Bank seeks standard time recording software for internal service billing

We are a bank and are looking for a program to record data for our internal cost allocation.

The following data should be recorded:

• Employee ID
• OU/project to be credited (11 digits)
• OU/project to be debited (11 digits)
• Posting date (changeable)
• Number of hours
• Type of activity

In addition, master data for employees, organizational units (OU)/projects, and activity types should be recorded and used for time recording.

Further requirements are:

• It should be possible to export the data in EXCEL format.
• The data should remain in-house - i.e., no web-based solution.

Approximately 300 software workstations are planned.
