Automotive supplier seeks software for machine management

We are a manufacturer of special parts for the automotive industry and supply all well-known automobile manufacturers worldwide. We are looking for machine management software to manage our various machines in a clear and organized manner. We currently have around 20 machines in use. The number of machines will grow in the future.

The software should contain or display

• Maintenance log
• Master data overview
• Generation overview or versioning
• Clear structure of different machines with different specifications, e.g., the following categories: Type, variant, generation, technical data, housing, software, accessories, use, customer, status, contact person, etc.
• Each category can be subdivided in detail
• Each machine has an associated spare parts list

A connection to ERP, PPS, SAP, etc. is not required. The documents must be stored specifically for each machine. The software should be accessible by a maximum of 2-3 people at the same time.
