Automotive service provider seeks calculation software

We are a southern German automotive service provider and are looking for a calculation program to complement our existing workshop software. Our workshop repairs and maintains classic cars (Porsche). The same jobs rarely come up twice.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Enables the costs of a repair or maintenance job, or a customer order in general, to be calculated
• Create cost estimates for customers
• Support for processing special orders
• Simple and affordable software that can be used to calculate the proportion of standard orders
• Output up-to-date and reliable data
• On-premises or web-based
• Purchase or rental solution

Two to three software workstations are planned. We work with PCs running MS Windows.
