Austrian utility construction company seeks BPM software

We are an Austrian utility construction company and are looking for software to map and manage our business processes and organizational structure.

Until now, we have mapped our processes and workflows using MS Word, presentation software, or process management software, and our organizational structure using MS Excel. These documents were converted to PDF and published in approved form on our intranet / MS SharePoint. An automatically updated OFFLINE version is also available to all our employees in case the network connection is unavailable. We no longer use paper. We are certified to ISO 9001, BS OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, and SCC** (Safety Certificate Contractors).

The new software must meet the following requirements:

• Mapping of processes, workflows, and organizational units
• Individual process activities and organizational units must be able to be assigned corresponding attributes via a database connection to create certifiable documentation of workflows/processes - including process data sheets, risks, process metrics, etc. - or to create organizational manuals with corresponding documentation of tasks, objectives, roles, etc.
• Versioning and variants must be mappable via the database
• It does not need to be multi-client capable, but the different structures and companies must be mappable
• Windows-compatible

2–5 software workstations are planned.
