Austrian service company (automotive) seeks resource and personnel resource planning

We are looking for a resource and personnel planning system for one branch of our company (automotive trade and services). Our services include repairs, accident service, and insurance-related services for all brands.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Planning of activities, internal orders in a calendar overview from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Several people should be able to access this calendar via the LAN.
• Reserve times of one or more hours.
• Recording with identifying data: car manufacturer, model, color, and work POS numbers + additional text
• It would be helpful if appointments could be rescheduled with the mouse.
• Clear
• Simple, easy to use

It would be ideal if the time recording and order management modules could be combined (you don't have to use everything).

Five or six software workstations are planned. MS Windows systems are used.
