We are a Europe-wide trading company in the field of medical technology and are looking for a ticket or helpdesk system to process customer inquiries and complaints.

We have the following requirements for the software:

  • Ticket system or helpdesk with predefined error messages and automatic solution suggestions
  • Inquiries and complaints reach us via email, text message, or telephone, for example
  • Classification into specific levels and assignment to the responsible employees based on the levels
  • Statistical options, e.g., which errors have occurred how often and with whom
  • Connection to SelectLine
  • Cloud-based solution, also usable with mobile devices (e.g., tablets)

We need the software for two software workstations.
