Austrian medical center seeks personnel scheduling including time recording

We are an Austrian medical center and are looking for software for personnel scheduling, including time tracking.

The solution should meet the following requirements:

• Clearly display the personnel schedule
• Time tracking with vacations, etc.
• Working hours count according to the duty roster – if the employee logs in earlier, the time only counts from the start of their shift
• If the employee has not logged out after 9 hours, the time should not count for longer than 9 hours
• Furthermore, the allocation of individual persons must be very flexible – we cannot create fixed time models that are then assigned to an employee
• During their working hours, employees also work at different stations – this varies slightly each week and is also replanned each week
• It is also necessary to have an overview of the different stations, which shows if the station is not continuously staffed
• Windows-compatible

Two software workstations are planned.
