Austrian learning institute seeks administrative software (with accounting functions)

We are an educational institution and are looking for software to manage our facility. The focus is on finances with accounting functions (cash book?). It must be able to interact with specific Austrian institutions.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Customer management, create customers – booked appointments and invoices should be displayed in the customer file
• Create employees, teacher management
• Course management
• Create invoices (sales)
• Purchasing (upload invoices)
• Generate QR codes
• Double-entry bookkeeping
• Assignment to different accounts (chart of accounts, user-definable accounts possible)
• Interface; connection to the bank -> assignment of invoices - bank entries
• Connection to the tax office, cash register
• Financial statements
• Certificate management for the future
• On-premises or web-based (cloud)

Two software workstations are planned. The system will run on MS Windows.
