We are an Austrian IT consulting firm and are seeking a personnel data management solution for an Austrian research company.

The software should meet the following requirements:

  • Applicant management
  • Employee master data
  • Workforce planning
  • Talent management
  • Data export/import interfaces
  • The software vendor must have a branch office in Vienna
  • The new software must be capable of being installed on-premises within a Windows network environment - alternatively, external hosting in Vienna is possible

Approximately 10 software workstations are planned.
