Austrian external management company seeks ERP with Wawi and POS for hair salon with its own cosmetics line

As part of our activities as an external management company, we are looking for an ERP system with inventory management and POS for a hair salon (B2C) with its own cosmetics line (B2B, online shop).

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Document management (DMS)
• Customer relationship management (CRM)
• Merchandise management system incl.
• warehousing
• quotation & order module
• set items
• Cash register (including cash book)
• Reporting
• Fully automated ordering system
• Email function for sending newsletters, etc.
• Web shop interface (web shop does not yet exist)
• Option to grant external access rights
• No cloud solution

2-10 software workstations are required, depending on whether the software will also run on the tablets of individual employees.
