Austrian event company seeks event management software

We need a new, more efficient customer and booking platform for our event company. We are considering event management software or shop software with customization options.

The software solution should include the following requirements:

General

• Articles/services with prices and brief descriptions
• Customer contact details
• Search function to quickly find customers

Additional selection fields

• Customer receives invoice or pays in cash
• Note field for guide only (calendar)
• Note field for customer (voucher/offer/invoice)
• Customers with multiple appointments—filter or search function

Employees must be assigned as guides to the various events/appointments

• The workload and availability of employees must be visible at a glance.

Invoicing

• Overview of total sales for all future bookings (order status)
• Overview of invoices that can already be issued / past events
• Confirmation of receipt of payment / reminder

Booking database

• Online / Cloud
• For multiple users
• Avoid unnecessary steps / clicks
• Optimize workflow
• Company name + additional designation
• Create email button for customer
• Only one invoice per customer for multiple bookings

Employee database

• Contact
• Target hours/working days per week

Export to Google Calendar or calendar app for employee cell phones

Important:

Some forms must be customizable. It must be possible to export data to PDF forms (quotation, booking confirmation, invoice, voucher, gift certificate, reminder, cancellation).
