Austrian consulting company seeks document and contract management

We are a consulting company from Austria and are looking for an electronic document management system for internal use.

The software should manage different types of documents, especially various types of contracts.

Further requirements are

• Secure management of confidential documents
• Data protection must be guaranteed
• Document management
• Automatic reminder function (e.g. when a contract expires)
• Searchability of documents and/or day of issue

Approx. 4 software workstations are planned.
