We are an association in the music industry and are looking for online association management software.
The software should meet the following requirements:
- Member management - Address management
- Address management for non-members (e.g., former members)
- Member communication
- Membership fee collection
- Accounting
- Online banking or at least the creation of SEPA direct debit files from membership fee management (collective posting)
- Data transfer and allocation of booking data, especially membership fee bookings
- Simple accounting
- Evaluations
- Creation of individual data fields
- List generation with free filter criteria
- Registration form
- Member access
- Communication module - as “mail server,” SMTP functionality
- Generation of personalized serial emails and letters
- The option of user authorization, assignment rights
- Simple operation and use
- Usable by laypeople
- Operable (e.g., communication module for personalized serial emails and letters)
- Import and export function - interface to MS Excel (or .csv)
- Preferably browser-based, otherwise Windows-based
Three software workstations are planned. Work will be carried out using macOS and MS Windows systems.
