We are looking for shop software or a web shop (suitable for publishers) for a specialist publisher in the digital sector via the Technical Association. It is a small publisher with a manageable production volume of around 20 titles per year. The publications are technical specialist literature. The publisher has produced its first books and now wants to set up a shop. A website is already in place.

The software should meet the following requirements:

  • Orders
  • Invoicing
  • Should function as a merchandise management system
  • Interface to external distribution warehouse
  • Creation of articles
  • Display of articles in the shop
  • Download function for e-books (personalized for the buyer if possible)
  • Evaluation of author royalties
  • Interface to the printer (XML) for delivery
  • Local or web-based
  • Must be “weclapp” compatible

Two to three software workstations are planned.
