Association (health management, preventive care) seeks association software

We are an association in the healthcare industry. Another association has been founded (not yet confirmed by the local court), which is intended to form the so-called umbrella organization. We are looking for clear accounting and bookkeeping software for associations.

The solution should meet the following requirements:

• Overview of members and booking of contributions
• Member management
• Customer management
• Accounting
• Direct debit
• Sales accounting (billing module for sales)
• Product assignment to individual partners (partner models)
• Partner billing (also for treatment packages offered jointly with various partners)
• Accounting
• Windows-compatible
• Network-compatible

In the long term, we want a simple solution that can link and connect all the required components. These are services, sales, and goods in the alternative health market. The existing association will then only be used to process and bill events, workshops, and training courses. Among other things, the new association will have its own sales department for various products.

In the long term, approximately 6 to 8 software workstations are planned.
