We are an architecture and planning office – we also act as property developers – and are looking for an industry solution.

The software should meet the following requirements for a property developer:

  • Construction schedule
  • Contract management
  • AVA (tendering, awarding and invoicing)
  • Land and calculation
  • Project management
  • Recording of construction defects
  • Document management
  • Office management (addresses, correspondence, time recording, personnel, etc.)
  • Internal and external communication
  • Sales
  • Financial accounting
  • Special requests
  • Compatible with Mac OS (address, calendar and email programme)
  • Optionally, the tax advisor should be able to access the invoices or they should be able to be sent to him.

Approximately 2 software workstations are planned.
