Architectural firm seeks software to support construction projects

We are looking for software for our architecture firm that serves as a digital construction log, helps us track costs, and makes it easier to organize our images.

The following requirements should be met:

• Digital construction log: Easy to use, preferably HAV-KOM compliant (manual for architect/engineer contracts in municipal building construction).

• Organization of our images: How can construction site photos be easily structured? How can employees easily save them to the company network without spending hours tagging them? The goal is to have sample images of post-and-beam facades readily available when prospective customers visit, for example. Special marketing images (after project completion)

• Cost tracking: We use Build up as our tendering software, but work with MS Excel for cost tracking. As orders worth 20 million add up quickly, we would like to move away from MS Excel. However, it is very easy to use.

We currently work with ArchiCAD, use Adobe products, and use DefectRadar for defect tracking.

We are planning 1-2 workstations.
