As a freelancer, I am looking for construction management software for my architecture firm in southern Germany.

The software should meet the following requirements:

  • Construction log
  • Construction site logs
  • Defect and acceptance reports with links to photos and digital plans
  • Defect management
  • Documentation with photo location
  • Access to digital plans
  • Support for mobile devices
  • Local or web-based

One software workstation is planned. Currently, MS Windows 10 and iOS are being used.
