We run a classic and modern antiquarian bookshop and are looking for a merchandise management system with price optimization.
The software should do or support the following:
- stock maintenance
- comparison of stock on all platforms
- feeds to all platforms (at least: Amazon in various countries, also USA and Japan, Ebay ..., Abebooks/ZVAB, booklooker, Hitmeister, possibly Buchfreund etc.) and on the homepage
- create invoices and print them out appropriately
- stock compartment management
- filter options for all attributes
- recognition of multiple entries with the same ISBN, translation from ISBN to article number (both the internal article no. and the platform-related article no.) etc.
Further requirements are
- interfaces with bank, PayPal and Abebooks for payments
- cataloging with VLB data, Amazon and German National Library
- cataloging also via ISBN lists with supplier identification
- orders that come in via the platforms must be exportable so that we can assign them to our respective supplier
- interface to the parcel service provider
- and: Feedback if cataloged items are not online on any platform; if possible, with the reason.
The software should run on approx. 6 workstations.
