I am looking for new agency software with a modern, fresh design for my advertising agency.
The software should fulfill the following core functions:
- Contact management (import of contacts)
- Calendar and appointment management
- Project management and project controlling, project planning
- Time tracking
- Invoicing, billing according to fixed prices and hourly rates
- Cost and document entry for external services, such as invoices from printers
- Windows-compatible, preferably web-based
- German-language
- Transfer of old data (at least import of contact data)
The following functions would also be important to me:
- Option to create project groups: I often have several projects for one customer and would like to be able to combine these in the invoice
- Sales compared to the previous year
- Customers at a glance: which customers generate the most sales? How quickly does the customer pay on average?
- Project times must be transferable to the invoice
- Order templates must be customizable (font, appearance)
The topic of time tracking is particularly important to me:
- It must be possible to record unpredictable times
- I would like to be able to record attendance time; when I work internally, I sometimes forget to start the stopwatch, so the average of my working time is not accurate; automatic time tracking (with AI) that learns and assigns to projects would also be great
- I need to be able to see at a glance how much time I have not yet billed in the current month (excluding unpredictable time) as a forecast or outlook per project
