Administrative organization in Switzerland seeks business management or project software

We are a joint project involving several cantons for regional development in Switzerland and provide project support. We are looking for software that supports us with business and project documentation, but we do not need classic project management as no resource planning is required.

We have the following requirements for the software:

• Data storage per transaction or project
• Separate description of the transaction or project should be possible
• Schedule control for each business or project
• Simple contract management for each business or project
• Pending items for each business or project and as an extract for all active businesses or projects
• Agenda items from various businesses or projects
• Minutes from various businesses or projects
• Budget control (very simple) for each business or project and as an extract for all (active) businesses or projects (option to select a time period)
• Option to close a project or transaction (summary of active and closed projects)
• Customized register
• Assignment of addresses or participants to a transaction or project
• Option to create notes for each transaction or project and create note summaries for all (active) transactions
• Target setting and target controlling per transaction or project
• Possible link to higher-level program targets
• Windows-compatible

Two to three software workstations are required. External access to meeting documents, etc., should ideally be possible for approximately ten people.
