Accommodation and catering business seeks software for catering and event planning

We are looking for software in the field of catering and event planning for our venerable accommodation and catering business. Currently, a manual system is used for this purpose, with MS Excel providing support. The existing working method is very time-consuming and has a number of sources of error that now need to be optimized. We host around 300 events a year in our three event halls, such as banquets, weddings, confirmations, birthdays, and anniversaries.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Individual events should be able to be entered and edited separately
• PDF files should also be able to be attached
• Calendar function
• Planning processes
• Hall occupancy
• Planning equipment
• Tables, seating
• It should be possible to create a weekly overview that breaks down all the details of the events and presents them clearly
• It should be possible to see which user has made an entry or a change
• The aim of the software should be to display individual events chronologically in the corresponding event room

Six software workstations are planned, and the technology should be able to be used in parallel on six different computers.
