A church association is looking for a simple personnel management program for the organization of volunteers at a congress, which should have the following features:

  • Organization of approx. 100 employees in approx. 20 work areas
  • in a 3-shift system on 6 days/week
  • Which employee is there when?
  • How many employees are available in total in all work areas?
  • Creation of (printable) duty rosters
