TFI GmbH was founded in 2011 as a consulting firm for recruiting. The experience and knowledge gained from years of consulting projects were incorporated into the Talention software as best practice solutions.
In the years that followed, Talention received various awards, such as the Wuppertal Business Award (2013) shortly after its founding, the Innovation Award IT in the category BEST OF HUMAN RESOURCES (2015), and the test winner “Best Applicant Management Software” in the category SME and Key Figures (2017).
The Talention team now consists of over 25 employees and moved into a larger office complex in Wuppertal in 2017.
