Assessment tool for conducting and evaluating CMMI assessments and for creating and documenting PIIDs.

CMM-Quest V1.2 supports the execution of Process Assessments and Guided Self-Assessments according to the reference model CMMI V1.2

CMM-Quest V1.2 is based on the latest generation of assessment software from HM&S and, in addition to the advantages of earlier versions, offers a range of new features, particularly in the area of documentation of findings and reporting.

CMM-Quest is therefore ideally suited for

• for the creation of PIIDS in the run-up to a CMMI appraisal
• for conducting guided self-assessments as part of the implementation of CMMI
• for internal CMMI mini-appraisals as part of internal QM audits.
• for the documentation of the results of a CMMI appraisal
• for comparing the results of different CMMI appraisals

CMM-Quest supports the consistent implementation of our "Assessment Based Process Improvements" approach:

• Stocktaking: Determining the current situation using guided self-assessment (supported by our assessment tools)
• Selection and planning of process improvement measures
• Implementation of the measures
• Monitoring success using evaluation assessment
