A-Plan for Windows is a quick-to-learn and easy-to-use planning program for companies of any industry and size. The extremely flexible solution can be used for both project planning and resource management. A-Plan is a cost-effective alternative to a whole series of conventional project management solutions, which are too complex for many use cases and also require far too long training periods.
The software was developed by project managers for project managers and can also be used as project portfolio management due to its flexible design.
Intuitive controls include the ribbon, status switches for quick overviews, as well as filter options and periodic tasks. The interface is similar to the familiar Office interfaces.

There can be an automatic calculation of the required duration of tasks or also an automatic distribution of the effort over arbitrary time periods.
The print functionalities include the storage of different print templates and the flexible printout of screen displays as a table in landscape format (Gantt chart).
Reports can be output in Microsoft Excel format, so that further processing or the transfer of data into the Microsoft program is possible. The program is compatible with MS-Project.
