Workshop (boat and marine diesel engines) and dealer seeks complete solution

We sell, repair, and maintain (diesel) engines and transmissions (also on site at the customer's premises) for recreational boating and commercial shipping. We are also planning to set up an industry-specific web shop with links to eBay, Amazon, etc. We currently use “Lexoffice” for quotes, invoices, etc. on Windows computers (server installation is not yet available, but can be set up). We do not yet have a merchandise management system.

The complete solution we are looking for should meet the following requirements as far as possible:

• Master data (customers, boat, engine, transmission; multiple addresses (berth, delivery and billing address) required per customer)
• CMS
• Supplier management
• Order processing (quotation or cost estimate; partial invoice, down payment; delivery note; invoicing)
• Optional, alternative items on the quotation also possible
• As much free text as possible desired, even in the closing texts
• Merchandise management with inventory (including storage location: e.g., workshop vehicle, etc.), article management
• Multiple users (currently 3-5 users, possibly more later) with different permissions (e.g., restricted access to accounting and accounts, merchandise management only, etc.)
• It would be ideal if photos documenting the orders could be stored
• Adaptation of the software to individual requirements would be desirable
• Web shop connection, including to eBay, Amazon, etc.
• Import of data from “Lexoffice” desirable
• MS Windows 10 compatible
• Cloud solution desired

Three to five software workstations are planned.
