Wind farm operator or manager seeks comprehensive commercial solution

We are a wind farm operator and manager based in northern Germany, providing comprehensive commercial management and technical support for wind farms. To this end, we are looking for a complete commercial solution that primarily covers accounting, bookkeeping, and administration. In other words, we are looking for a complete commercial solution to support the shareholders of the wind farms.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Financial accounting – ongoing bookkeeping
• Electronic import of bank account transactions into the accounting program with creation of accounting entries
• Possibly with asset accounting
• Monitoring of payments, dunning
• Creation of payment orders (electronic data records to the bank or similar), also in the format for DZ Bank
• Creation of outgoing invoices
• Creation of credit notes – here, invoicing for the service provider (lessor) as a credit note by the service recipient – data transfer for this, possibly from a finished data record from a third-party program in MS Excel or .csv / .txt format
• Multi-client capability – several wind farms are to be managed
• Interface with tax advisor, DATEV
• An interface with our custom software (management program for managing the shareholders of the wind farms) would be desirable
• as well as optional personnel management
• Expandable in terms of licensing

In further expansion or conversion, the software should be linkable to our custom software with a document management system or also include this function. We are looking for:

• Document management
• Contract management (“reminders” for payments, terms, notice periods, etc.)
• Electronic incoming and outgoing mail - scanning, filing
• Backup - legally compliant backup of emails
• Organization management - defined tasks (employees) for documents according to document type
• Assignment of tasks with feedback on completion - status
• Legally compliant archiving - replacement scanning

The processing and use of technical issues and master data should continue to be carried out using the existing custom software.

Six software workstations are currently planned. Work will be carried out in an MS Windows system landscape.
