We are a southern German trading company in the household goods sector with three warehouses and are looking for a merchandise management or ERP system. We also act as a drop shipper.

The software should meet the following requirements:

  • Merchandise management functions
  • Invoicing
    • Quotations
    • Orders, order confirmations
    • Delivery notes
    • Invoices, billing
  • Order inquiries and orders
  • Purchasing
  • Warehouse management (inventory management)
  • Multi-warehouse capability
  • Accounting (without payroll)
  • Special requirement: an item has various customer-specific item numbers for several customers (5-6), which must be specified on the delivery note and invoice
  • Free interface desirable
  • Optional support for mobile devices
  • Preferably web-based (e.g., cloud)

There are 8-10 software workstations planned. Work is carried out in an MS Windows system environment.
