Wholesaler of security technology seeks ERP system

We are a wholesaler and distributor in the field of security technology and are looking for an ERP system that will help us optimize our business processes and manage our daily tasks.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Multiple clients (locations in AT, DE, CH) with cross-client transactions (storage, deliveries, etc.)
• Complete materials management
• Order entry
• Purchasing
• Warehouse management
• Invoicing
• Master data management
• Integrated financial accounting
• Important: connection to web shops (Shopware 5/6) – there are three shop variants for AT, DE, CH (different currencies, different items)
• Bank connection for account statements, transfers, etc.
• Intrastat, etc.
• CRM

25 software workstations are planned.

Addendum:

The following additional requirements apply (added on November 4, 2020):

• A prerequisite for selection is a branch office and on-site support in Austria
• Another prerequisite is the ability to cover the legal framework conditions for Austria, Germany, and Switzerland
• Ideally, there should also be a location in Germany and Switzerland
