Veterinary practice seeks practice management software for a digital platform

I run a horse practice and am working on developing a digital veterinary platform. Practice management software is to be integrated into this platform.

I have the following requirements for the software:

• Cloud-based
• Centralized animal and animal owner data management, with various data sharing options
• Invoicing
• GDPR-compliant
• Servers in Germany or at least in the EU
• Open source

The goal is to create a web-based platform for all currently available devices.
