University seeks financial management software

We are looking for financial management software for our university that meets the following requirements:

• Cost (purchase price ≤ 7,500 euros)
• Language (German)
• Currency (Euro)
• Interfaces (MS Office, web browser, import and export of data from USB drive, CD, MS Office to PDF, MS Office, HTML/XML, and printer connectivity)
• Needs assessment
• Account/cost center management (accounts receivable/accounts payable)
• Posting entry
• Document management
• Inventory
• Balance sheet preparation
• Correction options
• Assistance and support
• Export of invoices for payment

Initially, 2 software workstations are planned, with up to 10 planned later.
