Transportation service provider seeks administrative and billing software

We offer transportation services for people who require special transportation due to age, illness, or disability. Every day, 20 vehicles carry out 250-300 trips. We are looking for a new software solution to support our work.

We have the following requirements for the software:

• Easy to use, clear layout
• Ideally with the option of reading patients' chip cards
• Deployment planning
• Route planning
• Sending information to drivers' mobile devices (e.g., route plans)
• Billing with cost bearers
• Digitized invoice processing
• Time tracking

5-6 software workstations are required.
