Transport company seeks scheduling software

We operate a courier service and a freight forwarding company using subcontractors. We are looking for scheduling software for our intranet (MS Windows).

The software should be able to do the following:

• Scheduling
• Route planning
• Billing
• CRM
• Windows-compatible
• Network-compatible
• On-premises
• User-friendly
• Good, fair customer support from the software provider
• Optional document management (compliant with the principles of proper management and storage of books, records, and documents in electronic form, as well as data access)
• Optional interfaces to Lexware accounting, couriernet, timocom, GPS

Warehouse and fleet management functions are not necessary.

Approximately eight software workstations are planned.
