Trading and service company (medical technology) seeks event management, including document management

We are a globally positioned trading and service company in the medical technology sector based in southern Germany. We are looking for an event management system, including document management, for our training courses and conferences.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Database for shared external contacts of service providers (no customer contacts)
• Information database that is easy to search (similar to Confluence)
• Database for instructions, checklists, wiki (similar to Confluence)
• Storage of Office templates (MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word) that can be easily exported and adapted to the respective format
• Task planning – each of our events is unique, but they recur annually
• so once the tasks have been planned, they should be able to be copied and adapted for the following year
• everyone should have access to them
• it should be possible to generate reminders
• simple and customized participant management (currently handled via MS Excel)
• Document storage (e.g., contracts, communication, etc.); currently, everything is managed on a server
• Resource planning for employees
• Overview of all planned events, preferably with a timeline so that you can see at a glance what is coming up next
• Budget planning and control
• Windows-compatible

Seven software workstations are planned.
