Therapy center seeks practice software with appointment scheduling

We are a therapy center in the sense of a joint practice: physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy. Preventive care is covered by an association offering various courses, continuing education, and osteopathy.

We are looking for suitable software to schedule all patients and courses. We often make house calls and have mainly long-term patients, so long-term planning is important.

The therapists should manage their own scheduling, but two office staff are also available.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Appointment scheduling
• Long-term planning
• Recording prescriptions
• Billing
• Issuing co-payments
• Creating private invoices

Two fixed workstations are planned, with the rest to be managed via tablets. We are a large team of 16 employees in total, plus the association.
