We are a textile retailer and sell printed and embroidered textiles. We purchase the goods from the manufacturer on an order-by-order basis and have them sent to the printer or embroiderer. The goods are then sent to the customer ready for delivery. We do not have our own warehouse. We are looking for an ERP system that supports us in our daily work.

We have the following requirements for the software:

  • Master data management
  • Import of item numbers from various manufacturers
  • Assignment of our own item numbers
  • Calculation
  • Product styler
  • Quotation
  • Order confirmation
  • Production planning, support with
    • Creation of designs
    • Sending the proposal to the customer
    • Generating a proof
    • Print approval by the customer
    • Creating the production order
  • MS Windows compatible
  • In the medium term, a (not yet existing) web shop should be connected

2-3 software workstations are required.
