Technical wholesaler seeks software for optimized management of delivery routes

We are a technical wholesaler and are looking for a software solution to optimize the management of delivery routes.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Identify and call up existing customers who are located near the destination or near the route being driven.
Example: A customer from Magdeburg orders 10 pallets of goods, deliverable within a week. Now all existing customers located near Magdeburg and customers located along the route should be displayed. Then, if necessary, arrange appointments by phone with the relevant customers

• Optional interface to the existing SAP ERP system

• A stand-alone solution in which existing customers are imported would also be possible

• Windows-based, web-based would also be possible

Approximately seven software workstations are planned.
