Taxi company seeks management solution (fleet management, dispatching)

We are a taxi company in southern Germany and are looking for industry-specific management software for our taxi dispatch center. Our fleet consists of 10 taxis.

The solution should meet the following requirements:

• Management of regular and scheduled trips, school runs, etc.
• Secure appointment management
• Enter regular trips
• Be able to enter daily changes (a schoolchild suddenly falls ill)
• Signal for trip assignment
• Later upgrade to trip dispatch via PDA or smartphone
• GPS
• Windows compatible

The accounting department does not need to be covered by the solution we are looking for.

Two to three software workstations are planned.
