We are a telecommunications company in the SaaS business with different contract terms, combined with hardware purchase and rental, and are looking for a cloud-based ERP system.

The software should meet the following requirements:

  • CRM
  • Financial accounting
  • Automate recurring invoices
  • Document languages: DE, EN, FR
  • Currencies CHF, EUR, USD, GBP
  • Full support for Swiss VAT, including purchase tax
  • Project documentation system (e.g., which SIM card was issued when, where is it, when was it returned)
  • Automated emails regarding contract renewals, if so, then invoice (e.g., from January 1, 2020)
  • Solution must help optimize workflow
  • Simplify and centralize documentation
  • Cloud solution
  • Providers should preferably be based in Switzerland or have partners in Switzerland

Ten software workstations are planned.
