We are a small publishing house in Switzerland that publishes a monthly magazine and are looking for a publishing administration system.
Until now, we have outsourced subscription and advertisement management. We have around 2,000 subscribers who receive an annual invoice and fewer than 100 advertising customers who advertise with us regularly. We also have another 2,000 subscribers who subscribe through around five associations and do not receive individual invoices. The invoice is sent to the association, but we also take care of address changes.
Ideally, the software would be connected directly to the accounting department so that incoming payments could be posted directly. We also outsource our accounting.
We work exclusively with Apple PCs.
The plan is for one person to handle these administrative tasks.
