Staff scheduling and payroll preparation for a bus company

We are a bus company and are looking for software that helps us prepare payroll calculations based on our staff scheduling.

We envision software that allows us to first enter drivers into a duty roster. Each route should be assigned a number of hours. Based on the entered names, the program should then automatically tally the respective hours per driver and generate a monthly report for subsequent payroll processing.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Time tracking based on the duty roster or staff scheduling for subsequent payroll processing
• Assigning a number of hours to each route
• Adding up the respective hours per driver for a monthly report and for subsequent payroll calculation
• Recording expense reports, vacation days, and sick days
• Preparation for payroll processing
• Interfaces to DATEV and possibly to existing industry-specific software for bus companies

We are planning for 1–2 software workstations.
