We are active in special machine construction in the field of modern environmental technology, primarily in the area of pipe and sewer rehabilitation.
For the processing of repair orders, we are looking for an efficient system for recording products (goods receipt – including documentation, possibly images) with storage location assignment, processing instructions, etc., right through to the creation of repair documents for shipping. The aim is to automatically inform customers when the product has arrived and what stage of processing it is at (acceptance/shipping).
We are looking for a stand-alone solution that can access master data from the existing ERP system via an interface. Alternatively, it is conceivable that the existing ERP system will be replaced.
Approximately 100 software workstations are planned. If a new ERP system is introduced, approximately 180 software workstations will be required at four locations.
