Software solution sought for the ancillary building trade

We are active in the ancillary building trade and are looking for new software.

The software should fulfill the following requirements:

• Be able to connect e-mail and scan directly to the software
• Quotation, invoices
• Time recording
• Units of measurement if necessary
• Customers / suppliers e.g. that the offer can be called up
• Subsequent change to an invoice with transfer of dimensions
• Texts discount / credit notes / paid invoices should be able to be checked

It should also be possible for employees to create the time recording and for the payroll department to have insight.
