Software for production planning and control wanted

We are looking for suitable software to simplify and optimize our processes. To this end, the process steps should be system-supported.

Requirement profile:

Rough planning / capacity planning

• 2-stage capacity view (months & weeks)
• Real-time simulation of predefined shift models, degree of utilization & number of individual capacities
• Alert monitoring (e.g. in the event of overload or underload)
• Utilization strategies for orders, taking set-up times and delivery dates into account

Detailed scheduling

• Selection of different scales (annual grid / monthly grid / weekly grid)
• Display of different order statuses (color & texts)
• Load strategies for orders, taking set-up times and delivery dates into account
• Release control (automatic conversion and output of planned orders / production orders into released production orders)
• Alert monitoring:
• Component availability
• orders that cannot be realized

Pegging

Link between requirement elements (BANFs) from other requirement plants with receipt elements (planned order, production order) in the production plant.

The software must be multilingual or at least in English.

Currently, 5 workstations are planned in Germany and 5 in Poland.
