Social organization seeks risk and opportunity management

We are a social organization with around 3,000 employees working in approximately 90 facilities. We are looking for software for risk and opportunity management, preferably in combination with ICS (internal control system) and process documentation.

Basically, the categorized risks and opportunities of the individual departments or divisions are described verbally and evaluated in two dimensions according to probability of occurrence and degree of impact.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Identify measures
• Schedule measures
• Monitor measures
• Differentiated reporting for the board of directors and those responsible in table, text, and graphic form
• Consideration of current legislation
• Preferably in combination with ICS (internal control system) and procedural documentation
• Possible data transfer from MS Excel

Approximately 2-5 software workstations are planned.
