Social institution seeks documentation software

We are looking for documentation software for our social institution - a women's shelter and counseling center for women.

The software must meet the following requirements:

• Master data and digital files
• Current residents and their children (estimated ~20)
• Former residents and their children from the last year (estimated ~60)
• Progress documentation
• Current residents and their children
• Former residents and their children from the last year
• Calendar and appointment management for employees and residents
• Diary function for general internal information
• Email inbox (optional)
• Contact book (optional)
• Statistical evaluation of master data
• Recording of consultations and telephone contacts (number, topic, migration background)
• Optional donation management
• Windows compatible
• Local installation preferred

Five or six software workstations are required.
