Service provider seeks software for simple customer data and appointment management

I am a service provider in the field of hair replacement and am looking for software to schedule my customer appointments and for simple customer data management. Online scheduling is not required. Scheduling and customer management involve two different areas of work and two different customer groups. It would be helpful if this could be displayed accordingly.

I have the following requirements for the software:

• Appointment scheduling
• Printout of agreed appointments (including recurring appointments) for individual customers
• Simple customer data management (address, date of birth, notes would be sufficient)
• Windows-compatible, ideally mobile access from iPhone (but not essential)
• Simple and cost-effective solution

One software workstation is required.
