Service provider seeks event management software

We are a service provider in the pharmaceutical and pharmacy market and currently organize two conferences per year, each with 450 participants. For this, we need event management software.

The following requirements must be met:

• Address management
• Email via MS Outlook
• Event planning
• Speaker scheduling
• Staff scheduling
• Invoicing or integration with existing invoicing software
• Hotel
• Project planning
• Feedback forms
• Windows-compatible
• Easy to use, with minimal “bells and whistles”

We plan to have 3–4 software workstations.
